1. Who are we ?

2. Our delivery times ?

A unique delay between 7 to 12 working days according to the period of the year following the validation of the BAT.

This time includes production, personalization and shipping time.



3. Guarantees in case of device or engraving problems ?

As stated in our terms and conditions and our guarantees, in case of a technical problem on one of your USBs or an engraving problem, we are willing to send you a new product or a refund within 7 days.

Send us an email here or on our Whatsapp pro +33 7 81 24 80 59 with a proof of the non functioning of the USB key or of the engraving defect.

4. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK ?

We do our best to satisfy our customers 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.


5. HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

Click here and enter your tracking number that was sent to you by email (email often sent 2 to 3 days after the order is placed). You will then be able to consult the status of your order.


6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A USB 3.0 FLASH DRIVE AND A FLASH DRIVE ?

In concrete terms, the difference between the two models is entirely technological. The USB 3.0 flash drive has a much higher file transfer speed than the USB flash drive. Thus, the USB 3.0 key is intended for people who regularly transfer large files. However, in terms of storage capacity, there is no difference between the two types of USB flash drives.

However, we recommend using a USB 3.0 for heavy transfers, especially videos.


7. I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE MY USB FLASH DRIVES BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

1) Click on the detailed description of the item of your choice.
2) On the product page, click on the "one of the square button"  just below the "ADD TO BASKET" button

NB: The file must not exceed 10MB and must be sent in JPEG, JPG or PNG format. We advise you to send us a file in PDF format for a better readability. 

If you are not sure about this, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail with all the info about your engraving after your purchase, we will fulfill it by the same way.

8. I WANT TO PERSONALIZE MY FLASH DRIVES WITH 2 DIFFERENT MARKINGS, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE PERSONALIZATION SUPPLEMENT?

No this is FREE. You can also ask for a free engraving on both sides of the USB key, different or not.

9. LASER ENGRAVING OR COLOR ENGRAVING?

✓ Laser engraving for authentic engraving, details that stand out, for a simple logo

✓ Color flocking engraving, for very precise details on a smaller surface, by a choice of defined colors like flowers

 

Please, write a order note to us, if you want a COLOR logo, by default it will a laser one.

✓ Medium USB Box Set Size: 105 (length) x 105 (width) x 40 mm (depth)

✓ Premium USB Box Size: 170 (length) x 170 (width) x 35 mm (depth) For prints: 10 x 15 cm

✓ Large Box Size: 155 (length) x 255 (width) x 35 mm (depth) For prints: 13 x 18 cm

12. IS WEDDING USB A 100% FRENCH COMPANY ?

The answer is no, although we have a French support and we employ French staff. We subcontract the customization part to a dedicated warehouse abroad, so we can deliver our wooden boxes and USB keys worldwide.
